This sludge separator with a magnet and insulation is a key element of every modern heating and cooling system. Construction and application

The Zeparo ZTMI 25 separator is designed to work with installations with a nominal diameter of 1 inch (25 mm) and a pressure class of PN 10. Made of brass, it is characterized by durability and corrosion resistance. It has an internal gas thread BSPP-G (ISO 228-1), which facilitates connection to the existing installation. The built-in drain valve allows for convenient emptying of collected impurities.

A strong neodymium magnet with a force of 8.4 Tesla effectively captures magnetic particles, such as rust or metal chips, which can negatively affect system performance. In addition, the factory-mounted insulation with a thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.035 W/(m.K) reduces energy losses, increasing the energy efficiency of the entire installation. The ability to rotate 360 degrees provides exceptional flexibility during installation, allowing it to be adapted to specific spatial conditions.
