The STAP DN 15-1/2 differential pressure regulator is a reliable device designed to maintain a constant, adjustable differential pressure in installations. Construction and application

The STAP valve is used in heating and cooling installations where precise flow control of the medium is required. Thanks to the use of a pressure-relieved poppet, it ensures accurate regulation regardless of pressure changes in the installation. The possibility of manual adjustment allows adaptation of the differential pressure to the specific needs of a given circuit. Equipped with an impulse tube, it facilitates measurement and control of operating parameters.

Technical characteristics and materials

The STAP regulator is characterized by a solid construction and high quality workmanship. The valve body is made of AMETAL®, a corrosion-resistant alloy, which guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation. The cone, seat and stem are also made of AMETAL®. The HNBR membrane provides resistance to various media, including water-glycol mixtures (up to 57%). The stainless steel spring ensures stable operating parameters for a long time. Threaded connections (Gz 1/2 inch) comply with ISO 228, which facilitates installation and integration with the existing installation. The pressure class PN 16 ensures safe operation at a maximum differential pressure of up to 250 kPa. The Kvs value is 1.4, and the adjustment range is 5-25 kPa. The height of the regulator is 137 mm. The valve has a flow shut-off function and the possibility of draining (requires additional accessories).
