The STAD/STAP set is a complete hydraulic solution combining a precision balancing valve with a digital dial and an advanced differential pressure controller. Both components of the set are made of AMETAL® - a special alloy resistant to dezincification, which guarantees long-term and stable operation without the risk of corrosion or leaks. The compact dimensions of the device allow for installation even in limited installation spaces, while maintaining full measurement functionality.

The STAD balancing valve is equipped with a digital dial that enables precise setting with accuracy down to single units. The digital scale allows for quick and confident adjustment, significantly shortening the installation configuration time. Additionally, the possibility of connecting a signal tube for advanced control applications is provided.

Measurement and regulation functionality

The system provides full measurement capabilities through dedicated measuring ports. It is possible to measure flow, differential pressure, and medium temperature, enabling a comprehensive analysis of the circuit's operation. The STAP controller maintains a constant differential pressure in the circuit regardless of changes in the installation load.

The use of the set eliminates the risk of unwanted noises occurring at the control valves, especially those equipped with thermostatic inserts. The pressure-compensated plug ensures stable pressure regulation across a wide working range of 5-25 kPa.

Operational and installation advantages
