Hybrid air-to-water heat pump – a comprehensive heating solution

This kit is a complete heating system, ideal for both new and modernized buildings. It combines the advantages of a heat pump and a condensing gas boiler, providing efficient heating and domestic hot water production. Thanks to this solution, the system is able to fully cover the building's heat demand, regardless of weather conditions. The Magis COMBO automation intelligently manages the system's operation, selecting the most efficient heat source depending on the outside air temperature.

Efficiency and user comfort

The Magis Combo 16 V2 T I heat pump with a capacity of 13.8 kW is characterized by a high COP of 4.2 (at 7/35°C) and a COPd of 4.8 (according to the ErP directive). This means high energy efficiency and low operating costs. The device operates stably even at low outdoor temperatures, down to -25°C, and a wide power modulation range (30-100%) allows for precise adjustment to the current needs of the building. The set includes an OKC 300 NTR/HP tank with a coil with an increased heat exchange surface, which ensures comfortable access to domestic hot water. In the event of high demand or low outdoor temperatures, the comfort of DHW is guaranteed by an integrated 32 kW gas boiler.

Components and system protection

The set also includes a NAD 250 V1 heat accumulator, which increases the capacity of the hydraulic installation and stores energy necessary for defrosting the heat pump evaporator – ensuring its proper operation. Additionally, the "CleanWater" magnetic filter protects the central heating installation from sediment and contaminants, extending the life of the heat pump heat exchanger. The whole is powered by 400 V and uses R410A refrigerant. The heat pump's warranty protection can be extended free of charge for up to 5 years, and the tank and buffer are covered by a standard 5-year warranty.
