The set includes a single-function VICTRIX EXTRA 35 condensing boiler and a 125-liter domestic hot water tank, providing comfort for a 2-3 person family. The whole is completed by a tank temperature sensor, enabling precise control of the water heating process.

The VICTRIX EXTRA 35 boiler is distinguished by an innovative design of a stainless steel heat exchanger in a composite housing. This advanced technology allows for automatic venting of the installation, which is particularly important when the boiler is located at the highest point of the heating system. The electronic gas valve enables operation on various types of gas without the need for additional conversion kits – this saves time and costs. The boiler is also adapted to operate with gas with up to 20% hydrogen content, making it a more environmentally friendly choice. A wide range of power modulation allows for optimization of fuel consumption and reduction of operating costs.
Domestic hot water comfort and easy control
The UBS 125 V3 tank provides a comfortable amount of domestic hot water for a household. The possibility of connecting an electric heater provides additional security and allows for quick water heating if necessary. The set is compatible with DIM hydraulic manifolds and on/off (e.g., TYBOX 117+) or digital (e.g., CAR V2) controllers, providing full control over the heating system. Weather-dependent control is available as standard – simply add an outdoor temperature sensor to enjoy automatic adjustment of the room temperature to the weather conditions. The maximum chimney length can be up to 32 meters, giving a lot of freedom in the location of the device.
