The Immergas Victrix Extra 12 Plus gas boiler is a modern heating solution combining high energy efficiency with compact dimensions. Designed for wall mounting, this single-function boiler is perfect for both new and modernized installations. The ability to connect an external domestic hot water tank expands its functionality. The device is distinguished by a wide range of power modulation, which translates into optimal fuel consumption and user comfort.
Construction and technology
At the heart of the boiler is a new stainless steel heat exchanger in a composite housing, designed as a single-pipe coil. This design not only ensures high efficiency (up to 94%) but also facilitates venting of the installation, especially if the boiler is located at the highest point of the system. An electronic gas valve allows operation on different types of gas without the need for additional conversion kits – this saves time and costs for the installer. The boiler is also prepared to operate with gas containing up to 20% hydrogen (H2 READY), making it a more environmentally friendly choice and preparing it for future changes in fuel access.

Technical parameters – key information
The boiler offers a heating power range of 1.9 to 12.0 kW, allowing it to be adapted to various heating needs. The maximum operating temperature of the heating system is 90°C, and the maximum flue gas temperature is 62°C. The device is characterized by a low noise level and a high NOx emission class (6). The chimney length can be up to 32 meters, providing a great deal of freedom in the design of the flue gas installation. The capacity of the expansion vessel is 8 liters, and the amount of water in the boiler is 3.3 liters.
