This gas cabinet, made of durable SMC composite, is a solid solution for both professional installers and end-users. It provides a safe and aesthetic housing for gas meters, protecting them from weather conditions and mechanical damage. The cabinet's design is intended for easy installation and long-term operation.

Strength and resistance to external factors

The cabinet is made of SMC – a thermosetting glass fiber reinforced polyester composite, which is characterized by exceptional resistance to weather conditions, aggressive chemicals and mechanical deformation. This material is also flame retardant and self-extinguishing, confirming its compliance with PN-EN 13501-1 standard. Thanks to this, the cabinet retains its properties in a wide temperature range – from -50°C to +85°C – and is resistant to UV radiation, guaranteeing color stability for a long time. The outer surface makes it difficult for dirt and moisture to accumulate, making it easy to keep clean.

Construction ensuring safety and easy access

The cabinet's construction is based on interlocking elements, which ensures its rigidity and resistance to deformation during installation and use. The cabinet doors are recessed into the housing, which further protects the interior from the effects of the weather and unauthorized access. The doors rest on the entire perimeter of the housing with a stabilizing rim, preventing them from being pushed inwards and protecting against rainwater ingress. The cabinet is equipped with a universal lock with a key, providing access to gas and fire services. This model has a mono-connection designed for mounting two gas meters vertically.

The cabinet is naturally ventilated through ventilation openings, and the doors have durable markings: "GAS" and "PSG Property". Standard execution includes yellow color (RAL 1021), however, it is possible to order the cabinet in a different color.
