PESZEL Protective Conduit – Reliable Installation Protection

The PESZEL RIW protective conduit is a flexible and durable solution for protecting pipes in heating, sanitary and industrial installations. Construction and Properties

The conduit is characterized by high flexibility, which makes installation easier even in complex systems. The thick wall provides resistance to compression up to 500 N, which means that the conduit will not be flattened even under load. This makes it ideal for use in places with increased requirements for mechanical protection. The black color makes it easy to identify and distinguish from other installation elements. The PESZEL RIW conduit is available with an inner diameter of 21 mm and an outer diameter of 25 mm, allowing it to be adapted to different diameters of media pipes.

Application and Benefits

PESZEL RIW conduits are widely used in both new and existing installations. They allow for easy replacement of media pipes without the need to interfere with the building structure – simply pull out the old pipe and slide in a new one. In addition, these pipes are compatible with the PIPE-IN-PIPE system, allowing for a factory connection of the media pipe with the protective conduit. The IP40 degree of protection provides basic protection against solid objects larger than 1 mm. The operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C makes the conduit suitable for various environmental conditions.
