Corrugated non-halogenated pipe with a pull cord RIL-HF-FR-P is a reliable element of electrical installations, especially where high fire resistance and minimal emission of toxic substances in the event of a fire are required. Made of polypropylene (PP), it provides effective protection for wires and cables, and the presence of a steel wire (pull cord) facilitates their pulling through complex routes. The product is intended for laying and securing cables in electrical installations, especially in places with increased fire safety requirements.

Construction and properties

The pipe is characterized by a flexible construction, which makes it easy to install in tight spaces and around obstacles. Compressive strength at the level of 320 N ensures mechanical resistance, and the operating temperature range from -25°C to +110°C allows its use in various environmental conditions. The self-extinguishing, non-flame-propagating material and the absence of halogen in the composition are key features ensuring safety of use. Additionally, the pipe is resistant to oils.

Non-halogenated pipes are widely used in industrial installations, public buildings and anywhere where fire safety and environmental protection are a priority. The pull cord (steel wire) significantly facilitates the cable pulling process, saving time and labor during installation. Thanks to its properties, the pipe works perfectly in installations exposed to high temperatures and mechanical loads – however, it is not recommended for outdoor use.
