Halogen-free corrugated pipe for electrical installations

Corrugated pipe made of modified polyamide 6 (PA6), designed to protect cables in electrical installations. Particularly recommended in places with increased fire safety requirements and where limiting the emission of toxic substances during combustion is important – thanks to its halogen-free composition. It is ideal for industrial installations exposed to high temperatures and mechanical loads, although it is not recommended for outdoor use. Its flexible construction makes it easy to route cables even in complex routes.

Properties and application

The pipe is characterized by high resistance to compression (320 N) and impact strength, which ensures its durability and reliability. The pipe cross-section is designed to minimize resistance during cable pulling, which significantly facilitates and speeds up installation work. The pipe material is self-extinguishing and does not spread flames, which increases safety. Additionally, it is resistant to the action of many chemical compounds, making it ideal for use in harsh industrial conditions. It is worth remembering that the material is hygroscopic – it can absorb moisture from the air, therefore long-term storage in a humid environment should be avoided. High temperatures can also affect its impact and bending resistance.
