Halogen-free corrugated pipe for electrical installations

This black, halogen-free corrugated pipe is a reliable solution for protecting and routing cables in electrical installations. Made of polyamide 6 (PA6), it is characterized by high resistance to mechanical and chemical damage, as well as self-extinguishing properties, which increases safety in the event of a fire. This is particularly important in places with increased fire protection requirements and where it is essential to limit the emission of toxic substances during combustion. The pipe is flexible, making it easy to install and adapt to complex cable routes.

Properties and application

The pipe is designed for laying and securing electrical wires in industrial installations, public buildings, and places exposed to high temperatures. Thanks to its resistance to UV radiation, it can also be used in outdoor installations, although this is not recommended as a primary application. The compressive strength of 320 N provides protection for cables against mechanical damage. The operating temperature range from -25°C to +120°C (briefly up to +180°C) guarantees reliable operation in various environmental conditions. The self-extinguishing material (HB according to UL94) minimizes the risk of fire spreading.
