Halogen-free corrugated pipe for electrical installations

This black, halogen-free corrugated pipe, made of polyamide 6 (PA6), is a reliable solution for protecting cables in electrical installations. It is characterized by a high compression resistance – up to 320N – which ensures its durability even in demanding conditions. This is particularly important in industrial installations, where it is exposed to mechanical loads and high temperatures (operating range from -25°C to +120°C, briefly up to +180°C). The pipe meets the UL94 HB standard, which means it is self-extinguishing and limits the spread of fire.

The pipe is designed with safety and risk minimization in mind. The halogen-free material guarantees the absence of toxic substances released during combustion, which is crucial in places with increased fire safety requirements. Additionally, the material is resistant to many chemical compounds, which increases its versatility. The flexible design makes it easy to route cables even in complex systems.

• Hygroscopicity: It should be remembered about the hygroscopic properties of the material (water absorption), which may affect its mechanical properties in extreme conditions.
• Easy installation: Low coefficient of friction facilitates cable insertion over long distances.

The pipe complies with directive 2014/35/EU (LVD), confirming its safety and quality. The product packaging facilitates storage and prevents tangling after the coil has been started – this is a useful solution for both installers and end users. Versions with a pull cord (steel wire) are also available, making it easier to pull cables over longer distances.
