Corrugated halogen-free conduit with pull cord (halogen-free flexible conduit) RIS-HF-FR-P E20 (16x21) colour RAL 7035 grey, 750N crush resistance 50m W3686
Halogen-free corrugated pipe with pull cord – protection and easy installation
This halogen-free corrugated pipe with pull cord (conduit) is a reliable solution for routing and protecting electrical cables, especially in places requiring increased fire protection. Made of polypropylene (PP), it ensures installation safety and minimizes the risk of toxic substances forming in the event of a fire. The built-in steel wire (pull cord) significantly facilitates cable pulling, even over long distances, which is particularly appreciated by installers.
Construction and properties
The pipe is characterized by its flexibility, allowing it to be adapted to complex cable routes. A compressive strength of 750N guarantees resistance to mechanical damage, and the operating temperature range from -25°C to +110°C allows it to be used in a wide range of environmental conditions. The self-extinguishing material (UL94 HB flame retardancy) and the absence of halogens in the composition minimize the spread of fire and limit the emission of toxic gases during combustion. The pipe is resistant to many chemical compounds, making it ideal for use in harsh industrial environments.
- Safety: Absence of halogens ensures minimal emission of toxic substances during a fire.
- Easy installation: Built-in pull cord (steel wire) facilitates cable pulling, saving time and labor.
- Durability: Compressive strength of 750N protects cables from mechanical damage.
- Wide temperature range: Possibility of use in temperatures from -25°C to +110°C ensures versatility of application.
- Chemical resistance: Ensures the durability of the installation even in an aggressive chemical environment.
- Compliance with standards: The product meets the requirements of directive 2014/35/EU (LVD).
Application
The pipe is used in electrical installations in public buildings (hospitals, schools, offices), industrial plants and wherever high fire resistance and the absence of toxic gas emissions during combustion are required. It is not recommended to use the pipe outdoors exposed to direct UV radiation or in underground installations directly in the ground. It will also be perfect in installations made in plasterboard and concrete walls (cast or vibrated). The available inner diameter of 16 mm with an outer diameter of 20 mm allows adaptation to various installation needs. RAL 7035 color (grey) provides an aesthetic look of the installation.
