Product features
- Halogen-free corrugated pipe with pull cord – protection and easy installation
RIS-HF-FR-P E32 (29x32) electrical conduit is a flexible solution for safely routing electrical cables, especially in places requiring increased fire protection. Made of polypropylene (PP), it is characterized by self-extinguishing properties and the absence of halogens, which minimizes the risk of toxic gas formation in the event of a fire. The version with a pull cord – a steel wire – facilitates cable pulling, especially over long distances. The product meets the requirements of directive 2014/35/UE (LVD).
Construction and properties
The pipe is designed for durability and safety. Its flexible construction allows for easy adaptation to the installation layout, and its high mechanical resistance protects cables from damage. The compressive strength is 750N, ensuring stability even in difficult conditions. The operating temperature range from -25°C to +110°C enables use in a wide range of environments. The material is resistant to many chemical compounds, increasing its versatility. The pipe has a flammability rating of HB (UL94), with the possibility of modification to V-0, V-1, V-2 (UL94), B-1, B-2 (DIN 4102) on request.
Application and benefits
This halogen-free corrugated pipe is used in electrical installations in public buildings (hospitals, schools, offices), industrial plants and anywhere where fire safety and environmental protection are a priority. Thanks to the absence of halogens in the composition, the product is ideal for use in places with increased hygiene requirements. The pull cord makes it easier for installers to work, reducing installation time and improving ergonomics. The pipe is recommended for internal installations on walls and under plaster, as well as in poured or vibrated concrete. It is not suitable for outdoor applications exposed to UV radiation or directly in the ground.
