Installation pipes for safe cable routing

RIL-U electrical conduit is a reliable solution for protecting cables in building and industrial electrical installations. Properties and application

RIL-U is a self-extinguishing pipe, meeting the UL94 HB standard as standard, with the possibility of modification to V-1, V-2 (UL94) or B-1, B-2 (DIN 4102) on request. The material is resistant to most chemical compounds and has good dielectric properties over a wide temperature range. Low water absorption ensures stable electrical parameters even in humid environments. The compressive strength is 320 N, which guarantees resistance to mechanical damage. The pipe is flexible/bendable, making it easier to install and adapt to the specifics of the installation. The operating temperature range is from -25°C to +110°C.

Safety and compliance with standards

A key feature of the RIL-U pipe is its halogen-free nature, meaning that the material composition does not contain harmful halogen compounds. This is important from an environmental and user health perspective, especially in the event of a fire – toxic gases are not released during combustion. The product complies with directive 2014/35/EU (LVD), confirming its safety of use. Additionally, the pipe does not propagate flame.
