Non-flammable installation pipes – safety and flexibility in one

RIL-U electrical conduit is a reliable solution for protecting electrical wires in building and industrial installations. Its flexible design makes it easy to route cables, even in difficult conditions.

RIL-U is also distinguished by its halogen-free composition, which means no harmful chemicals are released in the event of a fire. This is crucial for the safety of people and the environment. The pipe is available in blue, which makes it easier to identify installations. It withstands a load of up to 320 N, guaranteeing the stability and durability of the installation. The operating temperature range from -25°C to +110°C allows it to be used in a wide range of conditions.

Construction features and application

RIL-U pipes are characterized by a low coefficient of friction, which significantly facilitates the pulling of cables and media pipes, even over long distances. The longitudinal cross-section of the pipe minimizes friction, saving time and effort during installation. They are designed for both concealed and surface installations. Thanks to their good chemical resistance, they can be used in various industrial environments, as well as in heating and gas installations. The pipe material is self-extinguishing (flammability rating HB according to UL94), and higher fire resistance classes (V-1, V-2 UL94 or B-1, B-2 DIN 4102) can be obtained on request.

RIL-U pipe has good dielectric properties and low water absorption, ensuring stable electrical parameters even in a humid environment. This is particularly important in installations exposed to water or moisture. The material's deformation is minimal, guaranteeing that the pipe retains its shape for a long time. It is worth remembering the limited resistance to UV radiation – therefore, it is not recommended to use it in places exposed to direct sunlight.
