This cable is primarily used as a transmission and power supply path for linear devices (sensors, line modules) in supervised lines of fire alarm systems and autonomous fire extinguishing and smoke extraction control systems. It is ideal for transmitting signals or a triggering state to auxiliary devices that are activated by the fire alarm control panel in the event of a threat – for example, disconnecting domestic ventilation or bringing down passenger lifts. This ensures comprehensive protection and a rapid response in emergency situations.

This means that the cable is characterized by limited flammability, low smoke emission, and no formation of burning droplets or particles. Its construction guarantees safe operation even in extreme conditions.
