External drainage pipe PP – a solid solution for demanding installations

External drainage pipe made of polypropylene (PP) with a diameter of 400 mm is a reliable element of a non-pressure drainage system. It is characterized by a high ring stiffness class SN16, which ensures its strength and resistance to external loads. The orange color makes it easy to identify the pipe during installation work and subsequent operation.

The pipe is intended for use in underground drainage installations, both in the road shoulder and in areas with high traffic. It will work in places exposed to difficult conditions, such as low temperatures, high groundwater levels or aggressive wastewater. Thanks to its construction and material, the pipe is resistant to mechanical and chemical damage, which guarantees long-term and trouble-free operation.

Construction and assembly

The pipe is socketless and equipped with a connector and gasket, which facilitates its assembly and ensures the tightness of connections. The use of the K-U21 gasket minimizes the risk of leaks and ensures long-term reliability of the system. The assembly of PP pipes requires adherence to the principles of welding or the use of appropriate gaskets – depending on the specifics of the connection. This makes the system flexible and easily adaptable to different terrain conditions.

The pipe meets the requirements of PN-EN 1852-1 and ITB-KOT-2017/0120 issue 2, which confirms its high quality and safety of use. It is ideal for building sanitary, rainwater and industrial drainage systems. The possibility of use in systems with wastewater temperatures above +90°C expands its scope of application – especially in industrial facilities. The pipe is suitable for laying both at shallow and deep depths, as well as in places exposed to high dynamic loads.
