Steel fitting for KAN-therm Steel installation

The GZ Steel 15 R1/2" fitting is an element of the KAN-therm Steel system, designed to create reliable and durable connections in heating and cooling installations. Made of carbon steel, coated with a layer of zinc and chromium, it provides corrosion resistance and long life. Its construction based on pressing technology guarantees tightness and quick installation.

Construction and application

The fitting has a tapered BSPT-R (ISO 7-1 / EN 10226-1) external gas thread and a clamping sleeve, allowing connection of 15 mm steel pipes with other elements of the KAN-therm Steel system. The EPDM O-ring seal ensures a tight connection, and the LBP (Leak Before Press) function indicates any unpressed connection – important for the safety and proper operation of the installation. The fitting length is 39 mm, connection length 1 is 20 mm, and working connection length 2 is 19 mm.
