PP-R installation cap – a reliable circuit termination

This durable cap made of polypropylene (PP-R) is an ideal solution for sealing the ends of pipes in water and heating installations. It is suitable for both the construction of new installations and their modernization or expansion. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures long-lasting and trouble-free operation.

Solid construction and materials

The cap is made of polypropylene random copolymer (PP-R), which is characterized by high resistance to corrosion, chemical substances and high temperature. This material guarantees the durability and reliability of the connection for many years. The plastic socket for welding/fusion made of polypropylene (PP) ensures the tightness and durability of the connection.

Application and benefits

PP-R 110 cap is used in installations:

• Cold water (up to 20 bar)
• Hot water (up to 10 bar)
• Central heating (up to 6 bar)
• Maximum operating temperature: 90°C

Thanks to the possibility of fusion welding, the cap forms an integral part of the pipe, eliminating the risk of leakage. It can be used both as a temporary solution during installation work and as a permanent circuit closure. Using the cap allows for later expansion of the system without the need to dismantle the existing installation.

The product meets the requirements of the PN‑EN 15874 standard, which confirms its high quality and safety of use. It has CSTB, ITB, Lloyds, PZH and ZiK certificates, which proves its compliance with applicable regulations and standards. The manufacturer's warranty is 10 years (in the case of individual construction – 15 years).
