GW brass coupling for PERTAL ultraPRESS

The ultraPRESS universal GW brass coupling is a connecting element made of CW617N brass, specifically designed for installation systems using PERTAL ultraPRESS pipes. Thanks to the PRESS FITTINGS SCA crimping technology, the product ensures fast and secure assembly without the need for welding or threading at the installation site.

High-quality construction and materials

The coupling body is made of CW617N brass - a material with excellent resistance to corrosion and long-term water exposure. The element is equipped with a clamping ring also made of brass, which guarantees uniform expansion of the components during operation and eliminates the risk of stress cracking.

A key structural element is the EPDM O-ring seal, which ensures lasting tightness of the connection even with changes in temperature and pressure within the installation. Additionally, the coupling features a support sleeve that stabilizes the connection and protects the pipe from mechanical damage.

Advanced safety features

The product is equipped with the LBP (Leak Before Press) controlled leak function, which allows for the detection of an incorrectly executed connection even before the assembly is finalized. This solution significantly reduces the risk of hidden leaks that might only reveal themselves after the installation is covered.

An additional convenience is the diameter identification ring, which facilitates quick identification of the component during installation and system servicing - particularly useful in large facilities with many withdrawal points.

Wide range of applications

The coupling is intended for plastic multilayer pipes with an outer diameter of 16 mm and works perfectly in central heating installations as well as hot and cold domestic water systems.

Thanks to the G3/4 inch external thread, the element allows for easy connection to manifolds via nipples and compatibility with standard fittings for coupling connections. This compatibility eliminates the need for additional adapters when modernizing existing installations.
