The PP-R GW 16 Rp½” fitting is a component of the KAN-therm system, designed for connecting polypropylene pipes in water and heating installations. Made of high-quality random polypropylene copolymer, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. It is a key component in creating safe and efficient water and heat distribution systems.

Durability and safety confirmed by certificates

The fitting is designed to operate within a wide range of temperatures and pressures: up to 90°C and a maximum of 20 bar for cold water, 10 bar for domestic hot water, and 6 bar in central heating installations. It meets the requirements of PN‑EN 15874, guaranteeing its compliance with European quality standards. Additionally, it has certificates from independent institutions: CSTB, ITB, Lloyds, PZH and ZiK – confirming its safety and reliability.

Easy installation and wide application

The fitting is installed by polyfusion welding, which ensures a tight and durable connection. The wide range of applications includes installations:

• domestic hot water
• central heating
• residential buildings (10-year warranty, and up to 15 years in individual construction)
• public buildings (application class 1-5)

A multi-angle for a flat wrench facilitates the installation of threaded elements from 1 inch and above. The gray color of the fitting makes it easier to identify in the installation.
