Brass compression fitting designed for connecting PERTAL pipes with a diameter of 16 mm with a G1/2 inch thread. Made of high-quality brass (CW617N), it ensures durability and reliability in water and heating systems. It is ideal for both new installations and modernization of existing ones.

Design and application

The fitting has a tapered BSPT-R (ISO 7-1 / EN 10226-1) external gas thread, which guarantees a leak-proof connection. Its simple construction facilitates assembly, and the nut of the fitting ensures a secure and stable connection with the pipe. Designed for crimp connections with homogeneous and multilayer pipes, which increases its versatility. The fitting is adapted for direct screwing into the manifold rail, which simplifies the assembly of the entire system.

Functionality and safety

The fitting is equipped with its own EPDM O-ring seal, which eliminates the risk of leaks. Additionally, it has a Leak Before Press (LBP) controlled leakage function, which allows detecting improperly performed crimping even before filling the installation – this is important for safety and avoiding costly repairs. The diameter identification ring facilitates quick identification during assembly, and the stainless steel crimping ring ensures durability and corrosion resistance.
