The InoxFlow manifold with a mixing unit is a key element of modern central heating and underfloor heating installations. Made of stainless steel, it guarantees long-lasting, trouble-free operation even in harsh conditions, including installations with domestic hot water with increased chloride ion content. This model, from the USVP series, is designed to handle four heating circuits and is characterized by high hydraulic efficiency – twice as high as brass manifolds.

Design and Application

The manifold is based on a 1 1/4 inch profile with a beam spacing of 235 mm. It allows easy connection of M30x1.5 actuators on the upper beam, facilitating integration with control systems. It is ideal for installations with a maximum heat load of up to 15 kW. Thanks to precise workmanship and the use of high-quality materials, it ensures optimal heat distribution throughout the heating system. Laser numbering of the circuits on the beam and special labels for descriptions make it easy to identify individual heating zones – both during installation and subsequent operation.
