The InoxFlow series manifolds are made of stainless steel and designed for precise distribution of the heating medium in central heating and underfloor heating installations. The model with two circuits, equipped with nipples for fittings, is an optimal solution for smaller systems where compactness and ease of installation are important. Design and Application
The manifold rail is made of stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) with a 1¼ inch profile, ensuring its strength and corrosion resistance. The beam spacing is 235 mm, which facilitates the arrangement of heating circuits. Installation connections on G1 inch threads allow easy connection to the existing installation. The outputs of individual circuits are terminated with G¾ inch nipples with a spacing of 50 mm, allowing flexible adaptation to different types of thermostatic valves and radiators. Clamps with elastomeric inserts dampen vibrations, reducing noise and increasing user comfort.
Additionally, there is a ½ inch opening in the upper part of the beams, intended for mounting an air vent – an important element ensuring the proper functioning of the system. The supply and return beams are finished with G1 inch plugs, allowing flexible adaptation of the manifold to specific installation conditions.
