The InoxFlow manifold from the UFST MAX series is a component dedicated to building efficient and durable heating installations, especially those using actuators. Made of stainless steel, it ensures corrosion resistance and long-term reliability, even in harsh operating conditions. This model, equipped with two circuits, is ideal for smaller systems where precise flow control is crucial.
Design and Application
The manifold is based on a 1.4301 stainless steel bar with a 1 1/4" profile, which translates to high mechanical strength and pressure resistance. The bar spacing is 235 mm, and the outlet spacing for individual circuits is 50 mm. The supply is from the top, which facilitates installation and connection to the installation. Flow meters with a regulation range of 0-5.0 l/min allow for accurate setting of the operating parameters of each circuit. Thanks to the use of actuators with an M30x1.5 adapter, effective heat flow control is possible.
The manifold has a bar made of 1.4301 stainless steel with a 1 1/4" profile, the bar spacing is 235 mm, and the outlet spacing for individual circuits is 50 mm. The connections are made in the G 3/4" standard, and the bar has a G1" internal thread. The actuators work with an M30x1.5 adapter, and the flow meter regulation range is from 0 to 5.0 l/min.
Additionally, the manifold is equipped with an air vent and a wall mounting bracket, which facilitates its installation and servicing. The supply and return bars have a G1" plug on one side. The entire structure is covered by a 10-year warranty on the bar profile and a 2-year warranty on control and automation elements – this confirms the high quality and durability of the product. The use of stainless steel increases hydraulic throughput by almost twice compared to brass solutions without loss of mechanical strength.
