This ultraPRESS brass connector with a diameter of 20 mm is a key element of the KAN-therm systems, designed to create durable and leak-proof connections in water and heating installations. Made of high-quality brass (CW617N), it provides corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. It is compatible with both uniform and multilayer pipes, making it a versatile solution for a wide range of applications.

Functionality and safety in one

The ultraPRESS connector features a stainless steel clamping ring, guaranteeing a secure and safe connection. Additionally, it is equipped with the LBP (Leak Before Press) controlled leakage function, which allows for the detection of incorrectly pressed connections even before the installation is put into use – this is an important protection against potential failures and costly repairs. The identifying ring facilitates quick and accurate size identification during installation (diameters 50 and 63 mm are without a ring). The EPDM O-ring seal provides additional tightness and resistance to chemical agents.

U and TH clamping profiles – installation flexibility

The ultraPRESS connector is available in two clamping profiles: U and TH. The U profile provides greater flexibility during installation, especially in areas with limited space. The TH profile, on the other hand, is characterized by an even greater clamping force, which is particularly important in installations exposed to high pressure or vibrations.
