Reducing tee for press systems

This PPSU ultraPRESS reducing tee with dimensions 32/32/25 mm is a reliable solution for connecting pipes in water supply, heating and cooling installations. Made of polyphenylene sulfone (PPSU), it is characterized by high temperature and pressure resistance, ensuring long-lasting and safe operation. It is designed for use with multilayer and homogeneous pipes, and its construction allows for quick and secure installation using press technology.

Material and construction for demanding installations

The tee is made of PPSU – a material valued for its mechanical strength, chemical resistance and dimensional stability. The use of clamping sleeves ensures a tight connection, and the presence of a stainless steel crimping ring guarantees durability and reliability. A 90° angle makes it easier to run the installation in tight spaces. Importantly, the tee has a Leak Before Press (LBP) controlled leakage function, which allows you to detect an incorrectly made connection even before the installation is put into use – this is a significant saving of time and costs in the event of any defects. An additional ring identifying the diameter facilitates the correct selection of crimping jaws during crimping. An EPDM O-ring seal provides additional protection against leaks.

Clamping profile and compatibility

Depending on the diameter of the KAN-therm ultraPRESS LBP fittings and their diameter, different clamping jaw profiles are used for mounting connections: "U" or "TH" profile (for 26 mm diameter "C" or "TH"). For diameters 16, 20, 25 and 32 mm, the "U" profile is recommended, and for diameters 50 and 63 mm – the "TH" profile. This tee is compatible with the KAN-therm ultraPRESS and KAN-therm ultraPRESS LBP systems, providing flexibility in the design and implementation of installations.
