PPSU ultraPRESS reduction tee – a leak-proof installation element

This reduction tee, made of high-quality polyphenylene sulfone (PPSU), is a key element in the ultraPRESS system, designed to connect pipes of different diameters. It allows reduction from 26 mm to 20 mm, ensuring a tight and durable connection. It is ideal for both professional installers and demanding home installations.

Construction and application

The tee is designed for crimping with multilayer and homogeneous pipes. It has three socket connections, which facilitates assembly and disassembly if necessary. A 90° angle makes it ideal for creating elbows and branches in installations. The use of PPSU guarantees resistance to high temperatures and pressure, as well as to chemical corrosion.

Functionality and safety

The fitting is equipped with a Leak Before Press (LBP) controlled leakage function, which allows detection of incorrectly performed crimping even before the installation is put into use. This significantly increases safety and minimizes the risk of failure. Additionally, the diameter identification ring facilitates quick size identification during assembly. The EPDM O-ring seal ensures long-lasting tightness of the connection. C and TH clamping profiles increase the range of applications of the tee in various types of installations.
