PPSU ultraPRESS Reducing Tee – a leak-proof installation element

The ultraPRESS reducing tee made of polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) is a key element of the KAN-therm system, designed for connecting pipes of different diameters in water and heating installations. Model 32/32/26 allows reducing from two 32 mm diameter pipes to one 26 mm diameter pipe, providing design flexibility and adaptation to existing infrastructure. The use of PPSU guarantees high resistance to temperature and pressure, as well as long-term connection reliability.

Design and application

This tee, equipped with crimp sleeves, is dedicated to pressing multilayer and homogeneous pipes. A 90° angle makes it easier to run the installation in tight spaces. It is worth noting the LBP (Leak Before Press) controlled leakage function, which allows detecting an improperly made connection even before commissioning the installation – this is a significant saving of time and repair costs. Additionally, the diameter identification ring and the EPDM O-ring seal ensure tightness and reliable operation for years.
