This 90° elbow made of brass (CW617N) is designed to create reliable connections in KAN-therm Press systems. Its construction, based on press technology, guarantees the tightness and durability of water supply, heating and industrial installations. The elbow is compatible with multilayer and homogeneous polyethylene pipes, offering versatile applications.

Construction and characteristic features

The elbow has a metric external thread and a clamping sleeve, allowing for easy and quick connection to other elements of the Press system. Made of high-quality brass, it provides corrosion resistance and long-term operation. It is worth noting the presence of an EPDM O-ring seal, which further protects the connection against leaks. The product is also characterized by the LBP (Leak Before Press) controlled leak function, which allows detection of an incorrectly pressed connection even before the installation is put into use – this is important for installers who want to be sure of proper execution of the order. U and TH clamping profile ensures optimal fit to the pipe and connection stability. The diameter identification ring facilitates quick identification of the fitting size during assembly (diameters 50 and 63 are without a ring).
