Brass ultraPRESS reducing connector – a leak-proof installation element

This brass ultraPRESS reducing connector with diameters of 32/25 mm is a key component of the KAN-therm system, designed for connecting pipes of different diameters in water supply, heating and industrial installations. It is worth mentioning the pressing ring made of stainless steel – this is an additional protection against corrosion and a guarantee of connection tightness.

LBP function and installation safety

A key feature of the connector is the LBP (Leak Before Press) controlled leak function. This means that in the event of incorrect pressing of the ring, a visible leak will occur, allowing for quick identification and repair of the error – before the problem turns into a serious failure. Additionally, the presence of an O-ring seal made of EPDM ensures excellent connection tightness, minimizing the risk of pressure loss and leaks. The ring identifying the diameter (not available in sizes 50 and 63) facilitates the correct selection of pressing tools. U and TH clamping profile increases the range of applications of the connector.

The connector is made of CW617N brass, uses pressing technology and works with multilayer and solid polyethylene pipes. The O-ring seal is made of EPDM, and the pressing ring of stainless steel. It has an LBP controlled leak function to increase installation safety. The connector diameters are 32/25 mm.
