Universal multilayer pipe for water and heating installations

PENTAL² ultraLINE pipe is a reliable solution for building water supply, heating and underfloor heating systems. Made of high-temperature resistant polyethylene (PE-RT) with a longitudinally welded aluminum layer, it ensures durability and safety of use. A diameter of 25 mm with a wall thickness of 2.5 mm guarantees adequate mechanical strength and resistance to working pressure up to 10 bar. Available in a practical coil of 50 meters, it facilitates installation and minimizes waste.

Construction and application

The PENTAL² ultraLINE pipe is characterized by a unique construction that combines the advantages of polyethylene and aluminum. The aluminum layer acts as an anti-diffusion barrier for oxygen, preventing corrosion of metal components in the installation. Polyethylene provides flexibility and resistance to high temperatures (up to 90°C). This makes the pipe ideal for use in installations:

• Underfloor heating and cooling
• Surface heating and cooling
• Compressed air

The pipe is compatible with the UltraLine system, allowing for flexible configuration of a complete installation solution. Installation is carried out using sliding plastic sleeves on brass or plastic (PPSU) fittings, ensuring tight and durable connections.
