PERT² ultraLINE pipe is an advanced solution for building water and heating installations. Made of polyethylene with increased heat resistance (PERT2), in a 5-layer structure with an EVOH anti-diffusion layer, it ensures reliability and durability. Diameter 14 mm and wall thickness 2 mm make it ideal for various applications, from hot and cold domestic water installations, through radiator and underfloor heating, to surface heating and cooling systems and compressed air distribution. Available in a practical coil of 200 meters, it facilitates installation and minimizes the number of connections.

Construction and properties

The ultraLINE pipe is distinguished by a unique construction that combines the advantages of different materials. The inner layer made of plastic provides a smooth surface, minimizing flow resistance. The EVOH layer effectively prevents oxygen diffusion into the installation, protecting metal elements from corrosion. The multilayer structure of the pipe provides high pressure resistance (up to 10 bar) and heat resistance (up to 90°C). Low linear coefficient of thermal expansion (0.18 mm/mxK) minimizes the risk of thermal stress in the installation. Additionally, the pipe has DVGW, KIWA, KOMO, Lloyds, OVGW, PZH and ZiK certificates confirming its high quality and compliance with PN-EN ISO 21003-215874 safety standards.
