Flush-mounted mushroom valve with PP-R cover plate, with a nominal diameter of DN 20 and a pressure rating of PN 20, is an element of the KAN-therm system, designed for building safe and durable installations. Made of random polypropylene (PP-R), it provides corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, making it an ideal choice for both cold and hot water installations, as well as central heating. Using the valve in a flush-mounted installation system allows for aesthetic finishing of the room, hiding the technical elements.

Construction and application

This valve is dedicated to installations in residential buildings, hospitals, hotels, offices and schools. It will be suitable for domestic water systems (cold up to 20°C/1.0 MPa, hot up to 60°C/1.0 MPa) and central heating (up to 90°C at a working pressure of up to 0.6 MPa). The possibility of use in compressed air installations (without oil content), balneological, agricultural and transport of aggressive media further expands its scope of application. Installation is carried out by polyfusion welding, which guarantees the tightness and durability of the connection. The valve insert made of brass ensures reliable operation for a long time.
