Surface-mounted cabinet SWNE-6 for manifolds without mixers

The SWNE-6 surface-mounted cabinet is a key element of underfloor heating and cooling systems, concealing installation manifolds without mixers for 6 circuits. Made of steel painted in white RAL 9016.

Construction and mounting functionality

The cabinet body has been designed to maximize the ease of installation work. The removable bottom cover allows quick access to the interior during the installation and servicing of the manifold, eliminating the need to dismantle the entire structure. Extended clips provide additional internal space.

The rear wall is equipped with four holes for expansion plugs, guaranteeing stable mounting even in the case of heavier manifold configurations. Invisible fasteners and a perfect fit of the corners without visible welding marks ensure a clean appearance of the front surface of the cabinet.

Surface protection and aesthetic finish

Each cabinet undergoes a painting process, after which it is thoroughly covered with a layer of protective film. The film protects the surface from damage during transport and installation, and its removal after the completion of construction work leaves an ideally clean, undamaged white lacquer surface.

The design is intended for manifolds without mixers for 6 circuits, which works perfectly in medium-sized heating or cooling installations in single-family houses and commercial premises.

Application and system compatibility

The SWNE-6 cabinet is part of the comprehensive KAN-Therm system, compatible with brass and InoxFlow manifolds. External dimensions of 585×450×110 mm with a weight of approximately 5.35 kg ensure an optimal ratio of internal capacity to the occupied installation space.
