Brass connector ultraLINE - 16 2509042001
Brass connector for KAN-therm ultraLINE systems
This brass connector, designed for the KAN-therm ultraLINE system, is a key element in water, heating and cooling installations. It allows connection of pipes made of different materials – PE-X, PE-RT and PE-RT/Al/PE-RT – using a PVDF plastic sliding sleeve. Its construction ensures a reliable and tight connection without the need for additional seals.
Versatility and compatibility
The connector is characterized by its versatility, allowing for flexible configuration of complete installation solutions. It can be used with brass or PPSU fittings, providing a wide range of possibilities to adapt to individual project needs. This allows installers and designers to freely combine different types of pipes in one system.
O-ringless technology and easy installation
The use of o-ringless technology eliminates the risk of leaks and simplifies the installation process. The specially shaped sockets of the connector ensure a secure seating of the pipe, and the sliding sleeve guarantees a durable circumferential connection. The symmetrical design of the sleeve facilitates installation even in tight spaces, allowing access from both sides with a crimping tool at an angle of up to 270 degrees. This is particularly important when working in difficult construction conditions.
Durability and resistance
Made of brass (CW617N), the connector is corrosion resistant and ensures long-term reliability. The high-quality PVDF plastic used to produce the sliding sleeve is characterized by high mechanical strength and flexibility, which translates into safety and durability of the entire connection. The minimized constriction at the connection point reduces pressure losses in the installation, improving its hydraulics.
