PENTAL² ultraLINE pipe with blue thermal insulation is a versatile solution for building water and heating installations in residential and commercial construction. Made of polyethylene with increased thermal resistance (PERT) reinforced with an aluminum layer, it ensures durability and reliability. Thanks to the 6 mm thick thermal insulation, it minimizes heat loss, which translates into energy savings.

Construction and application

The PENTAL² ultraLINE pipe combines the advantages of flexibility and strength. The construction consisting of a PE-RT layer, aluminum and again PE-RT guarantees resistance to high temperatures (up to 90°C) and pressure (10 bar). It can be used in installations:

• Cold and hot domestic water
• Radiator heating
• Underfloor heating and cooling
• Surface heating and cooling
• Compressed air

The blue insulation helps in easy identification of pipes intended for cold water. The minimum bending radius of 3.5 x outer diameter makes installation easier even in tight spaces. The inner wall roughness at 0.007 mm ensures smooth medium flow and limits scale formation.
