Copper elbow for gas installations – reliability and fast assembly

This is a 90° copper elbow designed for creating connections in gas installations. Made of high-quality CU-DHP copper and bronze 2.109, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. The fitting is compatible with the KAN-therm Copper Gas system, enabling quick and safe installation without soldering.

The elbow has compression sleeves with a diameter of 28 mm, allowing easy connection with pipes of the same diameter. The NBR O-ring seal guarantees tightness in the temperature range from 20°C to 70°C and pressure up to 5 bar. This is an ideal solution for both professional installers and end-users who value solid workmanship and ease of use.

Characteristic features and application

A key element of this elbow is "Press" technology – a three-point crimp providing an exceptionally secure connection. Construction and materials

The fitting is designed to minimize pressure loss thanks to the minimized narrowing of the pipe cross-section during connection. Copper pipes used with this elbow should comply with EN 1057 R220/R250/R290 standard – soft (R220), medium hard (R250) and hard (R290) pipes are available, and the choice of appropriate wall thickness (0.6 mm, 0.7 mm, 0.8 mm, 0.9 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.1 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm or 2.0 mm) depends on the specific application and project requirements.
