Installation and compatibility

The fixture is designed for recessed mounting in the ceiling and requires a mounting hole with a diameter of 60 to 75 mm. Thanks to the Gx5.3 base, it is compatible with popular MR16 bulbs, offering great freedom in choosing a light source – both halogen and energy-saving LED. The connection wires are terminated with free ends, which facilitates installation and connection to the electrical installation (wire cross-section 0.75 mm²). The rated voltage is 12V AC/DC, which means it can be used with both AC and DC power supplies.

Safety and specifications

The VIDI fixture has protection class III, which ensures a high level of safety. The IP20 degree of protection prevents accidental contact with wires and the ingress of solid objects. It is important to maintain a minimum distance of 0.5 meters from the illuminated object. The fixture is not intended for mounting on flammable materials and should not be covered with thermal insulation materials. The maximum bulb power is 10W (or 50W depending on the source – data varies between suppliers), allowing you to adjust the brightness of the light to your individual needs.
