Flush-mounted distribution box – solid protection for electrical installation

This flush-mounted distribution box RP-24 is a practical solution for installation inside premises, providing safe and aesthetic distribution of electrical energy. Designed for mounting 24 type S circuit breakers, it will be suitable for both newly built facilities and during the modernization of existing installations. Its construction and functionality meet the needs of both professional installers and demanding end-users.

Functionality and construction

The distribution box is equipped with a number of elements facilitating installation and operation. Two TH-35 rails allow for convenient mounting of circuit breakers. N and PE terminal blocks with holes up to 16 mm² allow connection of neutral and protective conductors of various thicknesses. The use of 0.8 mm thick steel sheet with a protective lacquer coating ensures durability and corrosion resistance. Full doors closed with a snap or optional padlock (available in the RP-24 Z version) guarantee safety and prevent unauthorized access to the inside of the distribution box.

Additionally, the distribution box has self-adhesive labels for apparatus description, which facilitates identification of individual circuits. The possibility of using a padlock increases the level of security, especially in public places or exposed to unauthorized persons.

Application and compliance with standards

The RP-24 distribution box is designed to operate with devices with a rated current of up to 63A. It meets the requirements of CE standards and has a B marking, which confirms its compliance with applicable safety standards. Its compact dimensions (height 405 mm, width 320 mm, depth 120 mm) allow for easy installation in limited space. Made of powder-coated steel sheet in white color (RAL 9003) blends well with the interior design. The weight of the distribution box is 3.71 kg, and the housing is made of 0.8 mm thick steel sheet with a protective lacquer coating. The rated voltage is 400V and the insulation voltage is 500V. The rated current does not exceed 100A and the degree of protection is IP30. The distribution box is adapted for mounting type S circuit breakers and has 24 modules.
