Portable power distribution unit for construction and industrial applications

The RB-1 distribution unit is a solid and functional device designed to safely power machines and equipment on construction sites, in industrial plants, and during maintenance work. Equipped with single-phase and three-phase sockets, it provides flexibility in supplying power to various consumers. The housing made of galvanized sheet metal guarantees corrosion resistance and durability even in harsh weather conditions.

Construction and equipment

The welded construction ensures mechanical strength, and the removable door with a lock protects against unauthorized access. Inside there are:

• three-phase 5-pole 16A plug socket,

• three-phase 5-pole 32A plug socket,

• single-phase 3-pole 16A plug socket,

• TH-35 rail for mounting modular switches,

• N and PE terminal blocks (24 terminals of 10 mm²),

• current contact guards,

• labels for apparatus description.

Additionally, the distribution unit is equipped with a Moeller 40A 4P residual current circuit breaker and Moeller S-303 C 25A 3F, S-303 C 16A 3F and S-301 C 16A overcurrent circuit breakers. The whole is professionally assembled and connected – ready for immediate use after connecting to the power source.

Technical parameters and application

The RB-1 distribution unit has been designed with safety and ease of use in mind. It has mounting holes for easy stable mounting and cable glands in the lower part of the housing. The rated continuous current is 63A at an insulation voltage of 500V. Protection class IP43 provides protection against access to live parts and against the effects of water ingress. Protection class I guarantees user safety. The dimensions of the distribution unit are: height 398 mm, width 313 mm and depth 135 mm. The housing color is light gray RAL7035.
