The Kermi 500 Boost recuperator is an advanced solution providing optimal air quality in your home while simultaneously reducing heating costs. The unit recovers up to 88% of the heat from exhaust air, supplying fresh, heated air to the rooms. Thanks to this, regardless of the season, you can enjoy a comfortable indoor climate. A performance level of 500 m³/h (at a pressure of 150 Pa) makes the recuperator ideal for single-family homes.

The design of the Kermi 500 Boost recuperator has been carefully thought out both in terms of ease of installation for installers and intuitive operation for end-users. The powder-coated steel housing and internal structure made of EPP (expanded polypropylene) guarantee durability, sound insulation and vibration damping. Internal connections are located both at the top and bottom, providing great flexibility during installation. A membrane siphon is included in the set to facilitate condensate drainage.

It is worth paying attention to the Constant Flow system – automatic airflow control, which maintains a constant ventilation balance, ensuring high heat recovery efficiency. The built-in summer bypass (100%) allows for loss-free ventilation of the house on warmer days. The ISO ePM1 55% air filter effectively stops pollutants, taking care of the air purity in your home. Standard anti-freeze protection (the “defrost” system) protects the device from damage at low temperatures.

Intelligent control and full control

The Kermi 500 Boost recuperator offers advanced control options:

• WiFi gateway: Allows remote control of the device using the “Vasco Climate Control” mobile application (available on Android and iOS). The application offers a weekly programmer with five ventilation intensity levels, current gear changes and a “fireplace” program (temporarily increased supply). It is also possible to view current temperatures and the status of the summer bypass and preheater.
• RF switch: Wireless switch allows you to select three ventilation intensity levels and activate the timed ventilation function. The LED indicates correct operation of the device and the need to replace filters.
• Optional sensors: The ability to connect carbon dioxide (CO2) and humidity sensors allows for automatic adjustment of ventilation intensity based on actual needs – program “A”.
• Additional options: Control via a wall-mounted LCD RF controller or external systems via a 0-10V control signal or MODBUS protocol.
