Concealed element for wall-mounted basin mixer

This is a set of internal components mounted within the wall prior to the final installation of the mixer. It is designed exclusively for concealed systems with two openings, where only the lever and spout remain visible. The entire unit is made of brass – a material resistant to corrosion and long-term water exposure.

The K-35 ceramic cartridge with a hot water flow limiter prevents accidental overheating – particularly useful in households with children or seniors. It does not require additional temperature-limiting valves, as its design inherently blocks flow above the safe level.

Installation is simplified by a 30 mm depth alignment – precise leveling of the wall opening is not required. A protective cover on the G 1/2 connection protects the thread from damage during concreting or plastering. The connections are threaded, standard, and compatible with most copper and PE-X pipes.

Flow class S ensures a stable stream even at low pressure – ideal for older buildings or those with long pipe runs. The flow rate is 16 l/min at 3 bar, sufficient for daily use without risking pressure drops at other outlets.

Acoustic group I guarantees a low noise level – no "drumming" or "squealing" sounds are heard when opening the tap. This results from well-matched internal components and the absence of vibrations transmitted to the wall.

It contains no surface-mounted elements – there are no escutcheons, covers, or decorative trim. This is a purely technical construction serving as the foundation for mixers from the Bozz or Zenta series. Installation requires only proper depth planning and a watertight connection of the inlets.

Important note: this is not a mixer – it is its "heart". Without this component, a proper installation of 2-hole wall-mounted mixers is not possible.
