Self-drilling screw, phosphated, for fastening WS profiles 3.5x9.5mm galvanized /1000pcs/ WS-3595-OC
Specialized fastening element for drylining systems
The WS 3,5×9,5 mm self-drilling screw is a specialized fastening element designed for the fast and durable connection of plasterboard to steel structures. Thanks to its pilot drill design, it eliminates the need for pre-drilling holes, which accelerates assembly work.
Construction and materials
The screw body is made of low-carbon steel subjected to an electro-phosphating process, which ensures excellent surface adhesion and facilitates the driving process. A zinc coating with a minimum thickness of 6 microns guarantees long-term corrosion protection even in humid environmental conditions.
The pilot drill tip enables precise work initiation and automatic centering at the fastening point. The conical PH2 type head allows for aesthetic countersinking with the plasterboard surface, eliminating the need for additional filling of protruding elements.
Operating parameters and mounting capabilities
The screw is characterized by its ability to drill into steel up to 2,0 mm thick while maintaining full connection stability. The thread geometry has been optimized for easy penetration through steel profiles thicker than 0,7 mm without the risk of damaging the thread or the core.
The screw length is exactly 9,5 mm with a diameter of 3,5 mm, making it suitable for standard mounting applications. Precise dimensional tolerance ensures secure seating without mounting play.
Compliance and safety certificates
The product meets the requirements of the PN-EN 14566 standard regarding fastening elements for drylining systems and has a fire reaction class of A1 (non-combustible material). The bending strength meets the requirements of class 10 according to European standards.
The screws are certified for use exclusively with steel profiles as the substrate material. The recommended minimum distance from the edge of the fastened element is 30 mm, and the minimum spacing between fastening points is also 30 mm to maintain full structural load capacity.
Practical advantages of use
The self-drilling design eliminates the pilot hole drilling stage. The hardened thread surface ensures multiple uses without the risk of stripping the thread during disassembly or adjustment of element positions.
The unit packaging contains exactly 1000 pieces of screws (package weight approximately 1 kg), which constitutes an optimal quantity for standard construction projects without the need to purchase additional elements during assembly work.
