Construction and mounting

The Simon10 cable outlet is a flush-mounted solution. Its construction is based on a solid and flexible bridge with a thickness of 4 mm, made of high-quality plastic. This bridge does not conduct electricity, ensuring safety during installation and use – particularly important for installers. The profiled cable fixing clamp guarantees a secure electrical connection, and the construction that fits tightly to the wall minimizes the risk of mechanical damage. The base element with a central cover plate allows for an aesthetic finish of the installation.

Application and characteristics

The module is designed to route cables with a diameter from 6.2 to 14.5 mm. The cream-colored surface finish makes it perfectly blend with interiors decorated in muted colors. The lack of markings on the module allows for freedom in personalizing the installation. The shallow body depth (11 mm) allows for mounting in standard flush-mounted boxes without space problems. It is worth noting the reinforced cable fixing – the profiled clamp presses the cable against the busbars, ensuring a stable connection. Additionally, non-falling screw terminals facilitate and speed up the installation process.
