Functionality and possibilities
This dimmer not only allows brightness adjustment but also color control for RGBW strips. Thanks to the SimonGO application, available on Android and iOS devices, lighting control is intuitive and convenient – from anywhere in the world, with internet access. The ability to connect via WiFi (IEEE 802.11b/g/n standard) and direct connection without a router provides installation flexibility. The device remembers the last set brightness level, increasing user comfort.
Installation and compatibility
The Simon 55 dimmer module is characterized by simple flush-mounting using claws or screws. It is compatible with Simon 55 GO frames (frame identifiers: 2257, 2258, 2259, 2260, 2261, 2262, 2263, 2268, 2269, 2270, 2271, 2272, 2273, 2274). It has screw terminals to facilitate wire connection. The maximum load power is as high as 120W (at 12-24V), allowing control of even larger lighting installations.
Safety and parameters
The device has an IP20 protection rating, which means protection against touching with fingers and solid objects with a diameter greater than 12.5mm. It is made of high-quality halogen-free PC plastic and matte aluminum, ensuring durability and an aesthetic appearance. The standby power consumption is minimal – less than 1W. The dimmer also has backlighting to facilitate its location in the dark and "+" and "-" symbols for intuitive mechanical operation.
