R-TV-SAT antenna socket – reliable signal pass-through

This R-TV-SAT pass-through, modular antenna socket is designed for installation in television and satellite signal distribution systems. It provides convenient device connection and efficient signal transmission, minimizing losses. Its design allows for easy connection with other modules from the BASIC MODUŁ series, providing great flexibility in installation design.

Functionality and technical parameters

The socket is characterized by a wide frequency range – from 5 MHz to 2.4 GHz – guaranteeing compatibility with various types of signals. Pass-through attenuation of 4 dB at 860 MHz and 6 dB at 2150 MHz ensures minimal signal loss, and input attenuation (10 dB at 860 MHz and 8 dB at 2150 MHz) is typical for this type of device. The ability to remotely power is an additional advantage, facilitating integration with signal amplification systems. Flush-mounting ensures an aesthetic appearance of the installation.

The socket design was created with user safety in mind – surface coating with varnish and a matte surface finish increase resistance to damage and ensure durability. The beige color (satin) makes the socket blend well with various interior designs.

Installation comfort and versatility

The socket is compatible with multi-frame series Basic Module, making it easier to create complex installations. Projections based on a metal bridge help maintain the vertical or horizontal alignment of multiple sets and facilitate the attachment of modules to multi-frames. The Basic Module K45 adapter allows mounting in standard 45 x 45 mm frames, increasing its versatility. The metal frame mounting to the bridge presses it against the wall, hiding imperfections in the installation boxes, and also ensures quick and secure mounting. The socket is equipped with a busbar cover minimizing the risk of electric shock after removing the cover.
