This pass-through antenna socket, designed for R-TV installations, is a practical solution for both installers and end-users. It provides a stable TV signal reception, and its pass-through design allows connecting additional devices without losing quality. The silver matte finish ensures the socket aesthetically fits into any interior.

Functionality and installation

The socket is modular and designed for flush mounting. It has one input with a frequency of 5862 MHz and two sockets. The pass-through attenuation at a frequency of 860 MHz is only 1.5 dB, minimizing signal loss. The input attenuation at the same frequency is 10 dB – important for long cable runs or multiple receivers. A metal bridge in the construction facilitates maintaining vertical or horizontal alignment during the assembly of multiple sets, as well as stable mounting of modules in frames.

Safety and comfort of use

The socket has been designed with user safety in mind. It has surface protection in the form of lacquering and a busbar cover, which minimizes the risk of electric shock even after removing the socket cover. Additionally, the design prevents the insertion of objects other than a plug, protecting against accidental short circuits or damage to the device. Multiple frames dedicated to this socket allow for flexible creation of power sets – even up to 10 sockets in a single 5-fold frame. The Basic Module K45 adapter allows mounting in standard 45 x 45 mm frames, increasing compatibility with other installation elements.
