Flush mount box – a solid foundation for underfloor installation

The flush mount box made of plastic, designed for the KF300C/1 Connect round box, is an element of the Simon Connect system, designed for convenient and aesthetic mounting of electrical points in the floor. It is a key component in creating installations in poured floors, providing stability and level adjustment.

Functionality and fit

The box allows for precise leveling of the box relative to the screed surface thanks to adjustable screws. It also has side cutouts, making it easier to introduce piping or cabling under the floor. This makes the installation process faster and more flexible. In addition, the box allows for finishing the cover with a flooring material up to 5.5 mm thick, ensuring an aesthetic appearance and harmonious integration with the surroundings.

Application and compatibility

The KF300C/1 Connect box is dedicated to the KF300C/1 Connect round box, forming an integral part of the Simon Connect system. It is used in office buildings, commercial buildings, educational institutions and residential spaces. The possibility of using a finishing cover allows for perfect adaptation to various finishing materials. The boxes in the KF series are also characterized by the possibility of rotation, which facilitates access to sockets and modules.

The box has screws for height adjustment, allowing for perfect leveling with the screed. Side cutouts facilitate the introduction of piping or cabling. It is possible to finish the cover with a flooring material up to 5.5 mm thick. It is compatible with the KF300C/1 Connect round box and the Simon Connect system, providing a solid base for electrical points in the floor. Thanks to the leveling range from 0.054 to 0.09 mm, minor irregularities of the substrate are compensated. The boxes in the KF series allow for the mounting of K45 modules in a standard angled version, which translates into their shallow depth (65mm).
